Catalogue all expenses in a spreadsheet from receipts, bank and credit card statements.
Reconcile receipts with bank statements to make sure line items aren’t recorded twice
Categorize each expense with the appropriate IRS deduction
Create separate tabs for income vs. expenses
Create charts of income vs. expenses
20 hour assignment
Bachelors’ degree required
Detail oriented and a knack for accuracy
Minimum of 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Must be tech savvy; experience with QuickBooks and Excel an absolute must
Could lead to further assignments in the near future (quarterly)
