Project Description:
Looking for an application that can tie into an existing wireless hotspot with authentication for wireless internet. Upon authentication a plugin would be installed on the user's computer that displays multiple banner ads throughout the duration of being logged onto the wireless hotspot. The ads will be controlled by a server. The banner plugin must uninstall upon completion of allotted time connected to the hotspot. The banner can run horizontally along the top of the computer as a scrolling marquee of images where if a user hovers their mouse over the image it is magnified a small amount and lit up. Ads must be clickable. The plugin must also be compatible with different operating systems such as Windows XP, Vista, and Mac OS.
