Cherokee, the customer/client in this posting, is a small real estate owner in New Jersey USA (see [url removed, login to view]). We are seeking a Vendor/freelancer to become the virtual e-commerce marketing department of our company, primarily to market our commercial properties, someone who would do everything from list development to campaign execution.
We don’t need “strategists” or “plans”, as much as thoughtful and effective implementation of campaigns to market our properties.
We’re seeking someone who understands what we need to accomplish, and can establish chemistry and rapport. This means understanding our culture and business. There is a significant difference between someone with technical skills, versus being able to help define and then execute a campaign.
We’re looking for someone who can handle everything necessary to get prospective customers to contact us, so we can focus on them, not be distracted by handling the mechanical aspects of lead generation campaigns.
The vendor should have sufficient technical skills that s/he can handle the email and faxcasting campaigns.
