Project Description:
I have a C++ application ready for the license plate recognition. The algorithm needs some improvements/optimization for speed and accuracy.
I also need to enhance the algorithm to recognize thai character (you can download the tesseract-thai ocr from google site).
Need someone who can modify the algorithm and make it work for me.
I can provide you sample data if needed.
