I am looking for someone to do the following;
**-Thoroughly go through my website analyzing it for what can be done to improve SEO
-Provide me with a list of things that you feel will improve my websites visibility
-Provide me with a plan of action, and implement it
-Answer and implement the questions I have in the detailed summary on SEO for my site**
I have personally optimized my website as best as I can to my knowledge so I am looking for someone with advanced SEO skills to take my site to the next level.
**What I require**
-Measurable results that I can track and see
-Results specific to my local area that will generate me $$
-I do not want my site showing up somewhere half way around the world.. that doesnt help me, it needs to be local and well targeted.
-Ideas! I want to hear suggestions that will work and lots of them!

**Looking for answers to the following**
-Should I re-name my CSS so that bolded content is H2 and titles are H1 so that search engines know that the titles and bold content are more relevant? Right now I have them just named so I know what it is.
-Can you create a sitemap.xml file and give me your input on how to use it properly.
-When you search certain websites on Google it pulls a few pages underneath, for mine right now it pulls "about" and "training & certifications".. Is there a way to add more / is there a way to have it dispay what we want
-On google it will often pull a picture or video with the site, can we make it so when my site shows up in google that it can pull a video as well?
-How can we get my website to show up on google maps, I want as much visibility as possible... I can put a physical address to my site should I need to
-On my main page the links are images, I did this because I want the styling of the text to come through, someone had mentioned to me that images as links is not a good practise for SEO is this correct?
-My hosting company is not local, it is based out of the US do you feel this will effect my marketing to my local market?
-I know of some Meta tags that input a geo location right into the header, do you think this is an important meta tag to have?
-I am going to be adding more content via my blog which I would love some input on how to structure it as I will just be creating my own pages and uploading that way, I don't plan on using an actual blog like blogger or wordpress, as I want to keep the branded consistency.
-I have a list of additional domains that I own that current come to russdejong.com. They are targeted even more specifically at what someone would type into google. Now this is a bit of a mystery on how to integrate these domains properly. Let me know what you think about all these additional domains and how to use them most effectively.
-For example the most important search term for me would be "Steadicam Operator in Toronto" My website is russdejong.com and no one is going to search my personal name when they are looking for a steadicam operator, so now I own those additional domains in hopes of capturing those search words.
