Project Description:

Looking for someone to add search by street name feature to an existing PC software.
The software is for GPS fleet management, runs on local PC.
There is a server software based on SQL and a workstation software.
Work needs on the workstation software to add the taxi dispatch module on the existing fleet management software.
There is a taxi dispatch module in the software but is not fully functional:
does not search by address and does not save client info in the db.
Only who knows what are the taxi dispatch features should bid, and this is a filter and a test for you.
Can supply the software installed (.exe) with the map, for you to decompile if needed, or create the taxi dispatch as an extra module.

To answer some questions:
We do not have the source codes for the server side of the application or the workstation.
Platform: windows, code language: C# I guess.
Database: runs on MS SQL Server 2003

Q:do you want to extend your existing application or just develop independent module to update your platform
A:
We want to extend the existing workstation software to include Taxi dispatch module. If this can be done by a separate module, linked with the existing software - that's OK.
