Project Description:

We’re currently in the process of marketing our shoes website, we sell jordans and other brandname shoes. We need someone who can manage the new affiliate system and make it successful.

We are using JROX affiliate manager so experience with JROX is definitely an asset
You tasks will be

* Write Plan on what your approach is and what you think is the best way to go. (please keep in mind this has to be a full plan, not just a piece of paper)
* Recruit new affiliates and also Support new affiliates.
* Market the products to affiliates, and create new ads for them as you will have an admin account.
* With the Jrox affiliate system, the admin can load banner ads, hover ads, text ads, and so on, so you must be able to look at the website and create some eye catching ads for the affiliates
Build links / reviews / twitter ect to get the program known.
* Advise / Help on improving conversion and sales.
* Help us thrive sales!

* Good English Writing skills
* Able to communicate by phone AND IM
* Work on this long-term

Payments

We will discuss a minimum payment each month for your work and decide on a milestone payment most likely. On every affiliate you make a certain percentage of their gross sale. Our aim is to pay $500 minimum from that percentage in time, but we understand that you have to put in a lot of work and hours to get all affiliates on board so that is why we offer a minimum for a limited amount of time as time goes on if you do your job correctly you would make far more a month.

How to win this project?
As stated before, we want to see a plan on how you plan on going to do this. Now we don’t require you to write a plan to win this project, we require you to give us an overview of the chapters that are going to be in your plan and in short what that plan covers. Also we like to know what you think a good percentage is of the gross sale for you.

We will be checking the monthly reports, and if you are not doing your job right we will recruit someone else to take the position. We are looking to hire about 5 or so managers and make milestone payments, we will constantly be checking on the reports to see who is performing... in the end we will keep the one with the most perfomance as the manager and supervisor,also higher pay.

It will be easy to get affiliates if you do your job properly because currently we are offering $25 bonus in every account for all new affiliate signups. We offer 5% commision, plus 3% for 2nd generation downlines and 1% for 2nd generation downline, we payout after an affiliate account reaches $100, and also we give an additional $100 powerseller bonus for all affiliates that get 100 sales. bid on the project also send me a message discussing your plans on how you will handle the program as the admin.
