I need a quality web designer that works fast has good communication and does NOT make excuses.

I am an internet marketer. I have a number of sites I am always growing.

what I need right now is this.

A site that has similar elements to the following site.
I am not looking to copy these sites.
I am not looking to take anything off of these site.
I am using these sites as examples of the type of web pages I am looking for.

They will hook up to my back end and will take it from there.

the important thing with these sites is that they focus the customer on purchasing the product.

they must have great energy and make the customer feel like they want to be a part of the product.

I need nice - clean - clear - great work.

I am looking for creative people that do not need me to hold there hands while they design.

I want a lot of communication.

I am looking for psd files only - I will take care of the slicing and uploading.
