I need a php coder to help improve a site called picmecca.com. Below are five areas I wish to improve. Please have a look and visit the site, picmecca.com, to see the scenario. Bid only if you can fulfill them. The site has been coded in PHP.
1. I need to improve the image quality of the uploaded images so that the thumbnails appear crystal clear, and not blurry like they appear now. And the images (the actual images), to appear in a bigger size.
2. I also need the site to accept user submissions without the need to register as an user. Like these sites, for example: www.bayimg.com or www.imagebam.com. I want users to upload directly. I don’t wish any change in picmecca’s design, just that the user doesn’t need to register. Note: this may be a momentary decision. I wish to disable the need for registration for now, but be able to restore that option back easily in case I need user registration again, so please don’t make irreversible changes. I repeat, I don't want any change on the design of picmecca, just to give the user the option to upload without registration.

3. I need to upload a banner to fill in the gap at the porn area only, not the mainstream area. I have the banner already. I also would like you to indicate me in a few lines how to add banners and other ad codes to the site myself.

4. Picmecca.com is setup to add a watermark (picmecca.com), at the bottom right corner of all images that are hotlinked from picmecca.com. I need to change that watermark. For hotlinked images, I need the picmecca.com letters at the bottom right corner to be a little bit bigger, and that they have a white background in the form of a rectangle, covering the entire bottom right corner. But not TOO big, just to make sure it covers any other letters behind them.

5. Finally, how many image file formats can be supported right now? Can more formats be added?
