ii. Follow the web link to harvest email address listed on the website.
iii. Parse the collected data and store to database
iv. Allow export of data in csv format

I have joined freelancer just after hearing about the projects related to web crawler.
I have enough experience in this. Web crawler needs to be specific related to where it crawl and for what data it crawl.
developing a web crawler is not a big task, but to know which policy should be aplied when, is the main task for developing a web crawler.
I have presented a technical paper in a Internation conference on "E-Web Crawler" and won the first prize for that.
