android program that streams live TV from a linux satelite receiver called Dreambox - VU+ or Technomate

Hi to everyone reading this, what I would like is a program available on the app store and play store that streams live TV directly from there satellite box. Now this has already been done and is available to purchase from the smart phone app stores so feel free to check out what this apps do. Example of apps on Apple devices - Dreambox Live, VU Player, Enigma2 Stream, MB Live TV, I stream gate. Example of apps on Apple devices - Android Dreamer, Dreamdroid, dreamstreamoid, VU+ player Now all these apps do the same things near enough but are slightly different in there own right. Now what I would like is the same interface that has been used by dreambox live and VU player if not a better one but with added functionality such control the boxes live pause remotely from the smartphone but if I am not mistaken VU players latest version now does that also but I would also like to be able to put a password on the settings tab for individuals who put in their personal information about there satellite receiver such as there IP address to the box and password so that if the phone is ever stolen that information cannot be accessed. Now the app I want made I would like it to specialize on the Technomate receivers as it hasn't been done yet but they all pretty much work the same way from what I have been told.
