I hope this kind of project is OK on freelancer. It was on Rent-a-Coder.
I need some help with a SmartQ X7 tablet running JB 4.1.1. Most of the apps are in Chinese even though the default language is English. The machine works well but I know nothing of Android OS.
I need to fix it up to be all in English. I think there is a custom ROM that does this, among other things. it is here:

I also need to make a backup first. We could do a fixed price for backup and ROM. There could also be some general support on an hourly basis.
We could work via phone, Skype and/or remote connection. If interested, I am open to any ideas. Good English please.
I am an ex-developer but have not worked for a few years.
