PPTP Android Client

We need an Android 4.1.1 application to connect the device to our pptp server. The aplication has to connect to a predefined server with a predefined pass while the username should be taken from a text file (the file contains only the username). The aplication will start on system start without user intervention and exit if the tunnel will not connect or when the tunnel goes down (not mandatory). We need to start the application from the terminal (a cron script will be used). Also in this case the application will have to exit if the conection is not made or interupted. The aplication should not post any message to the screen when starting, running or exiting. The devices are routed and have a rk3066 processor. i can provide the image if needed.
