I need someone who is very experienced in mobile development to create an Android app. It will be a simple app that will read content (a medical handbook, specifically) from a mobile-optimized site that will be built separately. Basic requirements: Login home screen - lockable/ID protected ? Athens login (charlie checking) Contents / subsections - possibly as a scroll bar Search functionality Bookmark functionality Offline caching Update prompt (i.e. When the app is updated via the online CMS, user will be prompted to download latest version.) This needs to be a job that can be completed fairly quickly. Hard Requirements: - A person or team (no more than 4 members - please do not apply if you work for a larger company) who can not only program but can also do excellent UI design. - Who has accrued at least 200 hours on Odesk. - Who has a 4 or 5 star rating. - Who takes pride in their work and makes polished-looking products. - Who speaks and writes English well i.e. Any obvious spelling or grammatical errors in your application will be an instant dealbreaker.
