3 Minute Underwater Animation

Hi there. I need a genius animator to help make a 2d cartoon-style video. The first part of the video will be a shark swimming through the ocean. Think Finding Nemo: [login to view URL] Movement can be basic (just tail fin), and background should look as realistic as possible. Motion-typography in the water will also be required. Second part of video is more regular explainer style animation featuring graphs, maps, logos and typography. The video will be 2-3 minutes long, and you will have 2 weeks to finish it. I will take care of voiceover and script, and already have the entire storyboard in mind - but your creative input will be highly welcomed! This video is the first of 2 videos I need - so, if you are chosen there will be another video at the same budget coming right after. Not only that, but this could lead to full-time work for my video production company.
