Hotel Software management

I am looking for a Accommodation software system with the following features: Further to explain my business requires the following: • I have more than one travel agent supplier so I need different multiply rates for and different season for these rates. • I need two types of discount that will be independent of each other, e.g., the same reservation /booking might have a 10% discount and it might have a special offer stay 7 night pay for 6 night ??" 1 night free, or stay 14 pay for 12 nights get 2 nights free. • Also when it comes to my travel agents bookings, I will still need guest details, but I will need to invoice travel agent for whole stay and will require the following information on the invoice / booking, name & surname of guest & booking reference which is supplied by travel agent. Than I will bill/ invoice the travel agent with this information on it, the invoice will have to be address to the travel agent. • To be able to monthly report on bed night of different types of accommodations. • I Have three different types of accommodation, rooms (Guest House), self-catering apartment and self-catering Villas. • I have 50 units in total. • Also possibility of internet reservations. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows XP
