408748 voting bot

I need an auto voting bot that can open a web-page, click a "box" next to a contestants name then click submit, and repeat. I need this asap. I do not think the site records the IP address of the bot but, if it does.... I need the bot to be able to vote somewhere around 10-25 times an hr, more or less is fine but nothing too extreme, random times if possible. Adjustable would be nice
