I will buy your flash or shockwave game source code

Project Description:
I will buy source code of yours already done flash or shockwave game like game is now OR if you must re-skin the game before sale I will buy source code after re-skin is done. By re-skin I mean change in game graphics, how menu looks like, audio, sound effect etc You must be original author/coder of the game and you still must have the rights to the game or to the game engine (for games to re-skin) Your bid must have link to you flash or shockwave game so I can review the game (you can post link to the game in message to me) Your bid price should be amount you want to sell source code for. If you must re-skin game before selling source code please include re-skin cost in bid amount. I will buy all games I like from all developers so everybody who has game already done have a chance to sell it. In other worlds I will select as winners all developers with games I like. I can buy about 200 games so make your bid now. Do not forget to give me link to preview your game. If I accept your game you must sign agreement transferring rights to me. Attention: Do NOT bid to write the game from scratch. Game must be already done, re-skin is ok.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.


2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
