Article Submission to News portals and newspapers

We are a e-learning startup and are in need of a contractor to submit Press Releases to internet news portals and internet newspapers.
These should all be mainly US, Canada and India based but can be in other english speacking countries as well (Kenya, Nigeria, Jamaica, South Africa, Australia).

We will want to get 5 articles to be posted. If you do a good job, we will hire you for much larger job.

This operation should be turn-key... We send you basic information (basic content, logo, link), and you submit the info in the form of a press release with necessary professional touch.

We need to know:
1. How you will send out the Press Releases;
2. Who you are sending them to;

Our budget for 5 articles posted is usd 50, payed by milestones (10$ each article, once we verify it has been posted in a relevant media)
