The project consists in proofreading a scientific paper that was written by non-native english speakers. The style and structure of the text are the only things to be reviewed and the reviewer does not have to give a feedback on the scientific material.

"In order to operate an electrical distribution network in a secure and efficient way, that is to respect physical constraints while avoiding prohibitive network reinforcement costs, it becomes necessary to rely on active network management strategies. These strategies, induced to a large extent by the rise of distributed generation, rely on short-term policies that control the power level of generators and loads connected to the network. While a simple solution would be to curtail the production of generators, a more interesting one could be to move the consumption of loads to relevant time periods in order to better exploit the renewable energy sources on which generally rely these generators. However, such a control scheme introduces a time-coupling nature to the problem which leads to the formulation of a mixed-integer non-linear problem of optimal sequential decision-making under uncertainty. In order to promote research in this very complex field, we propose a generic formulation of the problem of active network management of a medium-voltage distribution system which relies on a Markov decision process formulation. In this work, we also introduce a specification of this decisional model to a 75-buses network with a given set of modulation services.
