A MVNO business France and Spain utilizing XYZ Telecom’s [login to view URL] is looking to engage a consultant to help prepare its initial strategy, presentations and supporting business case
1) Assist developing MVNO strategy:
Consultant would conduct an assessment of French & Spanish market to help develop an effective value creation strategy regarding a MVNO play.
2) Develop business case regarding MVNO
COmpany has indicated a need for a quality business case regarding the MVNO opportunity. Consultant should have developed a substantial number of business cases for operators.
3) Presentations reflecting strategy and business case
Company has indicated the consultant would assist in developing an initial presentation to be shared with Orange. This would form the basis for a subsequent presentation involving the detailed strategy and the key metrics from the developed business case
Project Methodology and Timeline
Consultant would follow a tested, proven and successful methodology to assist Company. This
involves “getting the brutal facts”, developing a strategy/plan and quantifying the expected financial
returns. Consultant would draw upon his extensive “library” of benchmarks, supplement it by an assessment of
the Spanish TMT market and an examination of the technical and operational feasibility. This work would serve as the basis to develop an effective strategy, considering a range of alternatives. Concurrently, Consultant would begin to quantify assumptions, resulting in preliminary business case that would be reviewed with Company. Finally, consultant would complete the business case and prepare the appropriate presentation.
