Job overview:
I need someone with accurate admin skills, and proficiency in the English language to visit 559 English webpages. You will be provided with a direct link to each page. You will need to copy and paste each job advertisement on to my web page. My website is [url removed, login to view]
It is estimated that there will be approximately 1000 job advertisements to copy and paste (about 2 ads per page. There may be less, or there be more. This is an approximate estimate) in the first week. Week 2, 3, and 4, there will be approximately 500 ads per week to upload. You will need to manage which jobs you have posted and which still need to be posted.
The fields on my website that need to be completed are:
Copy and paste the job title
Select an appropriate job category
Copy and paste the job advertisement, and clean up any text that isn’t displaying correctly
Correctly enter the closing date
Copy and paste the direct web URL
Time frame:
I need this job done in 4 weeks. It is anticipated that the project will commence on Monday 14 April – Australian time)
Week 1, you will need to completely repopulate my site with all the job ads. About 1000 ads. This would take a fluent English speaker about 35hrs to complete
Week 2, you will need to revisit each of the websites, and post any new job ads that have been added to the 559 websites. This would take a fluent English speaker about 20hrs to complete
Week 3, you will need to revisit each of the websites, and post any new job ads that have been added to the 559 websites. This would take a fluent English speaker about 20hrs to complete
Week 4, you will need to revisit each of the websites, and post any new job ads that have been added to the 559 websites. This would take a fluent English speaker about 20hrs to complete
Payment:
Will be 100% via milestones
25% for accurately completing week 1 of posting
25% for accurately completing week 2 of posting
25% for accurately completing week 3 of posting
25% for accurately completing week 4 of posting
Once the project is awarded I will have you complete the first 20 web pages, to confirm your English skills and ability to interpret information.
Important:
This job has no margin for error. The work must be completed 100% correctly.
This project does require interpretation skills. You will be looking at jobs and need to identify which job category it best fits in to.
Previous experience working in Local Government would be advantageous
