I am looking for a person with very good English, experience in blogging and a lot of deep knowledge about Windows 7 to write 30 tutorials (or more) for me every month for the next months (will be new Freelancer project every month)

If you know eHow.com you know what I am looking for, but instead of text-only I am looking for someone who knows how to take high-quality screenshots and edit them. I want precise step-by-step instructions with images and very specific information.
