Project Description:
I am looking for an artist to do some pictures for an online fanasty, kids book.(for ages 10-15) I am not looking for Dora the explorer art I am looking for a more advanced version of Bill Peet art. I will only be needing a single image at first until I find the artist that is right for the project. There may be as many as 30 pictures needed by the end of the project.A few scenes will be in a forest then a workshop and then an underground world. I would like the images to be fairly detailed and not too cartoonish.
The main characters in the pictures will be 2 huge miners 8 feet tall 6-800lbs one will be broad and stout and one lean and wiry. I have already made up basic sketches of how I would want them to look and I will provide very detailed instructions on how I wish them to be in each scene.
If done very well I will consider black and white but I would prefer color.
I have posted the first picture in the simple project budget for the initial picture. If all pictures get awarded it will be more.
