I need an expert in Asterisk to help with our cloud hosted PBX system. We use Thirdlane as our PBX manager. We are looking for someone that is very knowledgable and experienced with using Thirdlane as well as Asterisk. All tasks are to be carried out through Thirdlane.
The requirements are to be able to make changes and additions to our Voip phone system when they are required. This is to be done on an hourly rate basis when it is required. I would like to have time estimates given to me before each task.
Some of the elements that we will require setup and changes for are call recording, ivr menus, call whisper, playing audio, recording voicemails, call forwarding and more. You must be qualified and experienced to handle each of these tasks.
All bidders are to quote "Thirdlane PBX manager" in their bid.
You must understand english very well and be able to follow our call flow charts and task directions and then produce this using Thirdlane.
