Project Description:
I`m trying to make a Skype-like website but im trying to make it with the fastest speed and with the best sound quality possible. Its going to be mainly calls only so it's mostly focus on high sound quality.
About the speed, I'm talking about less than 60ms (milliseconds) delay between computers and the finest quality sound possible. For example, let's say I'm having a videocall and i say "Hi", i want that the "Hi" I said gets to the other person in LESS THAN 60 MS (and viceversa, of course) and giving the best quality possible.
So what im trying to figure out which are the best options to create the website, peer to peer connections or a common server connection? A local server on the city? encoded sound? biggest server? Renting a service?
Also, I'm trying to gather a team that can help me making the website, to be honest i just have the budget not the knowledge to make it, so, what experts would be the best to make the website? like should i hire a sound engineer? a web developer? and Voip expert? who should I hire in order to create the website?
Also, i'd like to point out that I count with a good budget so if there's anything that might be expensive it'd be still worth it!
