• Client wants a fresh/clean implementation of CA ITSM tool
• Client has been using Unicenter, older version of the CA tool , hence some data migration to new tool has to take place if necessary.
• ITSM tool should integrate to event management, MS Exchange, AD and messaging SMS system
• Total number of staff is about 4000
• ITSM tool to support asset management from acquisition to retirement
• ITSM tool to support integration to different vendors within the value chain
• Integration to enable events to be logged and calls generated and directed appropriately
• Current database is MS SQL, but client has Oracle Enterprise license, and would consider leveraging on Oracle Enterprise License if there is a cost benefit.
• The current hardware is old, so a recommendation for new hardware needs to be initiated in the proposal
• CA Licenses have already been purchased by customer.
• Different reporting outputs (e.g. Performance etc)
