IIS SERVER CONFIGURATION EXPERT TO FIX MIGRATION PROBLEMS

1 DAY FOR URGENT WORK,( SITE NORMAL AND FTP) BALANCE 1 WEEK.

Recently we moved our servers, form a US based Sever to a UK based server.

The project was awarded to a expert , whom we had asked to advise to server type for our current needs and then also to complete the task of migration, and everything involved with that. Including protex and paypal payment integration to the HSBC which we have already.

In short the person was out of his depth and now that sites been migrated to a VNS server, the site and ftp are not functioning properly and then to keep going on and off.

We have transferred to a VNS server with 1and1; UK based, windows/ MYSQL data base.

This is the issue according to the previous person:

Frequently facing HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed error.

Crashing of Application due to “Application pool 'janeojewels' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.” Here is one more error “A process serving application pool 'janeojewels' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '9184'. The process exit code was '0x80'.”

As I searched for the reason in forum, google and Microsoft support site, mostly they mentioned similar possibilities for this type of error, sessions, db connections are not properly closed as the result of this connection threads increases beyond the limit in Application pool, which crashes the Application pool.’’

To give more idea of what’s happening when we try to connect:
These errors are coming up.
1) Could not connect to server via Win dows Remote Desktop;
2. Could not run PLESK
3. Connected to server via VIRTUOZZO & still could not RDC or PLESK;
4. SQLserver was down;
5. Tried opening website www.janeojewels.com in browser & this site was not accessible/ retried etc.;
6. After 15 minutes, went to VIRTUOZZO & restarted services: website started running as did RDC
7. SQLserver is now running;
8. PLESK admin tool via browser continues not to work

I DON’T HAVE ANY OTHER INFORMATION TO GIVE YOU, AS YOU AS AN EXPERT NEED TO FEEL CONFIDENT FORM ABOVE, YOU CAN DO IT.

I need the entire configuration looked at and amended as matter of urgency as its live site, and for all aspects of the site migration to be looked and checked , once initial bug is fixed.
NOTE: this project is not jus to fix a bug, but to do a complete overall check and amend all incorrect configuration, associated with site and server, ftp, etc.

The pay pal integration is not done properly, and as a result need looking into, ( this is a minor thing). As a result our Sales admin panel shows incorrect results etc.

WE WIL GIVE YOU FULL ACCESS TO THE SITE/ SERVER AND ALL ITS CODES AS WELL AS 1 AND 1 SERVER HELP LINE ETC; AFTER AN NDA IS SIGNED.

I NEED AN ASSURANCE YOU WILL SOLVE THE IMMEDIATE PROBLEM OF THE SITE AND FTP WITHIN A DAY, AND OVER THE NEXT WEEK MAXIMUM DO A COMPLETE SITE /SERVER CONFIGURATION REVIEW AND AMENDMENTS.

$200 IS FOR COMPLETE JOB.
$100.00 WIL BE RELEASED FIRST AFTER A REPORT OF ISSUE , PROBLEM FIXED ETC, AND BALANCE AFTER 2 WEEKS WHEN SITE IS RUNNING NORMALLY.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE FEED BACKS OF THIS KIND OF WORK ON THIS SITE.

SUMMARY:
FIX CURRENT ISSUE AND FIX, AS WELL AS FTP, REVIEW TOTAL SITE AS IF STARTING 100% FRESH TO MIGRATE AND RE DO ANY CONFIGURATION BETWEEN SITE AND SERVER.
LOOK AT ADMIN PANELS AND ENSURE THEY ARE WORKING FINE, IN SHORT ALL ASPECTS OF SERVER AND ITS CONTENT NEED TO BE LOOKED AT.
PAY PA AND PROTEX ( PROTEX IS NOT THERE AT PRESENT)
REPORT OF ISSUE FOUND. AND A STATUS EACH 3 HOURS OF WHATS HAPPENING DURING THE URGENT FIX PERIOD.
