I'm looking to build a web app -a multiple IM client similar to Meebo and Soashable.I don't mind if opensource code is being used. The server will also need to be connected to a mySQL database to keep record of accounts.
I'm looking to have such web app built so that I can then integrate and build an application on top of it. All UI/Graphics will be provided.
