It seems that you may be requiring two design efforts: one for corporate-communications graphics, and another for web development.
We usually quote graphics design for business cards, letterheads, brochures, and marketing materials separately from web design. Additionally we can provide
competitive production of marketing materials nationally, and are developing international relationships.
It would seem that your web design should be set up initially with a master plan for later interactivity to be cost effective. Alternative solutions for accepting credit cards for
example, is often an interim practice between static and dynamic interactive pages.
You will get better pricing, a guaranteed production schedule, and a clearer contractual agreement if you separate two different design functions. (Unless you are only interested in graphic design specific to
online production, of course.)
