I need a quality working clone of Asianavenue.com. Please visit the site and see how the site is setup. I am very limited on budget.

Must be ready to install and made easy to maintain, update and manage with administration interface. The site must load fast also. Any suggestions will be valued. I will provide more specific details when you have a feel of how the site works.
