I purchased a website which is written in Perl. I have another website that is already constructed and working with a certain "look and feel". I want the new site's HTML code, which is embedded in the Perl code, to be redesigned so that it has a similar look and feel with my existing site.Skills required:

Visit the site at www.thebidsite.com and you can see how the current system looks. My other site is fredforsale.com, the homepage being the look and feel that I want throughout thebidsite. So, I would like thebidsite.com and it's internal pages to be dressed up. The system is perl based and there's a config.pl file, which is well documented, that needs to be altered. There's other .pl files that will need to have html changes as well.
