Project Description:

I am looking to set up a peer to peer auction site in the UK which can list auctions in distance order from the bidder, similar to eBay Motors but simpler.

Standard open source ecommerce system with standard or customized plugin or similar is accepted. Platform and development tools are not important as long as it works.

Key features
* seller and bidder self registration
* sellers can list items
* bidders can bid on items
* items can be listed with pictures and description
* items can be listed with reserve price and/or buy now
* items can be searched and listed in distance from bidder order based on post code, time to end, listing time
* integration of google maps geolocation
* bids placed within x minutes of auction end time extends auction end time with y minutes
* bidder can securely pay with visa/master card, paypal or in person (at time of collection)
* feedback system between sellers and buyers

This is a very high level description, further details and negotiation after first contact.

Future opportunities for bidders is system operations, further development for the UK market and international expansion.
