We need a Web-based tool designed for Exchange 2003 to allow on-line Exchange User administration tasks. The tool should be a single screen with the ability to search for users within a group display the user details and then edit them. Group administrators must only have access to users within their group.There is a Microsoft sample called UserInfoWebService which provides the basic serach functionality. We would like to use this a a basis to develop a more functional tool.
