Unique highest/lowest bid site.
In short, I do NOT want one of the kiddy scripts floating around on the web with some modifications done to it. This is a “bespoke” or custom built site, please. 
Step escrow payments and working demos are a must.
Must be delivered, installed and bug free within 30 days of my selecting you to do project.
Installation and one year of tech support must be included in your price as well.

Main points:
~ Run of the mill requirements go without saying (ability for customers to register with name, address, Paypal as payment, etc.)
~Simple CAPTCHA or similar measure to deter bots from signing up
~ Must have a *strong* PHPProBid-type admin panel in that it must be user friendly and provide control for ALL the site’s variables on it. Go here for an example if you aren’t highly familiar with PHPPB’s software (admin/admin):

~ Must allow for the ability for the admin to add/delete/edit static pages at will (TOS, FAQ, Etc.)

~ Ability for admin to set MINIMUM and MAXIMUM bids on an item on a per auction basis. Auction will not end until that threshold is reached.
~ Graphs, also with ability to toggle on/off, showing the number of bids and amount bid at end of auction, like so:

~ Have a section/page that shows the recent winners with names (see below example), which admin can toggle on and off.

~ System automated emails advising bidders when an auction has ended or is near the end. “Near” must be able to be defined by admin in terms of time or bids. Again, flexibility on the admin panel is crucial to this project.

~ Also must have a “store” at which “bonus points” can be redeemed for items. See here for a clear example:

Final thoughts:

If you haven’t worked on these kind of sites, please do not bid as I will need to see examples of your work, complete with admin privileges, prior to selection.
Also, note that the lowest bid will not necessarily get this project but the highest bid surely won’t.
