Project Description:

I need someone to clone me the following code:

EXCEPT:

I need your model to rotate DIV classes.... I'd like to use
this code to grab stuff out of a mysql database with PHP (I can
do that portion...) and represent it on a circular layout like
the one shown at the website above. That one works with images
though. I need text from a database...

I'm looking at having text from bills in congress shown in a
circular layout like that, and "spinning" through it. But that's
not too important a detail for this code to work...
