We need a window based application that can fulfill following functions:1. Account verification.
http://www.xmxp.com is forums talking about XM Satellite Radio.
Account verification is needed done once for using forum user login username and password.
2. Application interface for users to setup their own favorite song lists at will.
3. Application get all real time playing list on every XM channel from xmxp.com website backend MySql db or page http://xmxp.com/guide_now.php
4. Compare what is palying now on XM channels and your favorite lists. If any matches, a alert is popup to alert user that their favorite song is now playing on which channel.
5. Ability to receive broadcast message from xmxp.com webserver. The message should be hype link enable, that means click on any link on the message should direct you to a webpage.
We currently have this function working for website that need users constantly browsing the forums in order to get alert, not users friendly.

We antipicate the project to be delivery in two weeks after the deal is close.
We will have to create server-side application that will allow clients to connect permanently to get any channel changes immediately.
Application must support authorization based on database you use for you members at you web site. Application will also access to database to get songs playing on each channel.
Client application will connect to the server using same login/pass as users at web site (server side application will authorize them using your database).
It will also allow manage favorite songs list, and get noticed if song from list is playing now.
