This will be a large project. I will only hire a company with EXTENSIVE experience in all aspects of web/software design. This will be an ADULT-oriented site. Live webcams, online auction, multilingual interfaces and billing required. I demand top-quality work and I am VERY PICKY. I am willing to pay top dollar for great work though. I will also need after service and a guarantee. Possibly also advice on server location and web promotion in multiple languages.
