I need a team or individual which is strong in j2ee applications especially spring-struts and hibernate..
The project consists of several modules.Details will be provided for each module..However I need really good experienced and well wersed person with Spring framework+Struts and hibernate.

Only provider with good reviews will be selected so no freshers etc.

I would prefer a team or company to take the project..

Price for the first module is $500..Which will be paid once after complete delivery of source code and live working demo..

However 30% payment can be released upon once 50% working demo is shown and code uptill that point delivered to us.

I will properly communicate with the team to let them understand the project and how to move ahead.

I need daily communication and a project plan after once scope is discussed..

project deliverables will need to be delivered strictly on agreed deadlines as well
