I need a flash or PHP based chatroom that does not allow users to change colors or nicknames. It needs to have smileys, the ability to add user groups, each user group with an assigned color. I need commands, such as /admin to create an administrator, /mod to create a moderator, /kick to kick someone out, etc... Also the chat needs to be user-friendly and with a black background with maybe some hi-tech images... Please provide either a mock-up or sample of previous work.Skills required:
