Create a site that have the same functionalities like bidabuilder.com or servicemagic.comBefore you decide to read further, you should have done similar projects before. There was a similar post to this a year ago, I'm sure one of you posted offers for that provider.
Site brief description:
Homeowners meet professionals for home improvement projects.
Homeowners post projects for FREE and contractors with paid membership can bid on projects within their area.
See model sites for reference.
PLEASE, NO AUTOBIDDERS. If you do decide to PMB me, don't send me a list of websites you have done like car sites, real estate sites, flash sites, etc. they are probably nice but not related to my project so that won't get my attention.
Show me a site you have done that has the same functionalities like bidabuilder.com, servicemagic.com and that will get my attention fully.
Payment:
Half of the amount will be payd once I select a bidder, the rest will be transfered when finalised. Escrow will be released when project is finished to my satisfaction. Sometimes I like to give BONUSES when the project is finished exceeding my expection.
