Want to set up online form to process input from website users, construct a profile and then present a short free report page. Users then have option to buy a full report online. the model and process I wish to emulate can be found www.peoplemaps.com My own form (which I presently process manaully!) can be found at www.career-profiuler.com, I have all dhort and full reports in word format at present. Greetings, we are ObjectSoft. We have read your details, visited the other link you supplied and we are confident we can deliver this project. The bid stands for making a form (in PHP, no frames) that will automatically generate a mini report, a profile report that is based on the answers from the questionaire. We need though for you to supply us the info about how the report is calculated and the texts in the mini report. If you are interested we can implement a payment gateway, give you a content management system (see orders history, add/remove/edit questions in the questionaire, edit texts, etc.).
