Need A Server To Be Configured To Sell VPS Accounts

Hello,We are a web hosting company about to purchase a new dedicated server from www.theplanet.com We are intrested in setting up and selling VPS accounts on the server, but do not know how to go about this. We are looking for someone with experience setting up multiple virtual servers on one main server. We are using cPanel with Web Host Manager.
Please post your bid to setup and config vps capabilities on our dedicated server. We would also need a brief tutorial on how to operate and setup vps accounts. We would highly prefer a GUI so that we would be able to setup a VPS within WHM. We are very inexperienced using shell, or command prompt so we would prefere something simple and easy to use in web host manager.
We posted a bid of $20-$100, that is only becuase we have no idea what it will cost. Please feel free to make any bid amount, and it will be considered.

09/12/2004 at 12:38 EDT:What we are trying to do is setup "virtual" dedicated servers within our server, so that the client would have full root access to their "virtual" server, where if they were to crash or overload the servers, it would have no affect on other VDS clients. I would also like it setup so that each VDS client is guaranteed a certain amount of CPU usage, Bandwidth Usage, and Memory usage.

The only way you are going to make your reputation change here is to give someone the project and follow through until the end and then have them post something nice about you, otherwise, noone will let you win a bid nor do work for you until this is resolved.

I agree, Bestcoder. He wasted 2 hours of my time last night and I feel he is just using people for info. I gave him one of my contacts at "the planet" because, he does not have a server there. I don't think he knows what a VPS is or how it operates on the same box. The number of VPS's you can run per proc is very low(depends on the amount of memory and type of application). I think he is here to waste everyones time and should be taken off of project submission. I don't think he is truthful with people here. SUGGESTION TO LENAHAN2001: Be honest with people or don't post at all.

He is a child upset that I did not chose him for my project.
