Project Description:

This is a pretty simple project.

I'm going to need a Report Filler which has around 28 inputs:
- 9 of them should be pulled from an Excel sheet.
- 7 of them should be decided with a random function, between different presets.
- 10 should be filled manually (maybe with a web page form)
- the other 2 will be the date (which should be automatic) and a consecutive reference number.

I'm uploading the report example so you can get an idea what I'm talking about.

If it's possible, I rather have this project in JAVA, and with all the necesary specs so I can upload it to Google App Engine.

Just to be clear.
Using the Google APP Engine was just an idea.
I'm always open to other ways of getting the work done.
