has urls of companies web sites, and we need to build a web data crowler that loops on these entries and get a list of active email addresses for each entry
Input list will be "urls.txt" and look like this
http://www.urls1.com
http://www.urls2.com
etc. etc.
The script whould run and print out:
http://www.urls1.com|email[a]urls1.com (getafreelancer doesnt allow to post a project with a real email in it, but this should be a real email.
or
http://www.urls2.com|sorry,no email for that domain

fax numbers, tel numbers, company names, and contact person, and address
we also need a web data crowling to search and extract the email addresses for these companies on our db

Should be a quickie to make for the right man, small budget for this - just dont have the energy to do it myself today...

Hi,
I am a software professional working for a private hedge fund.
My job is to scrape data from several websites and more than often the websites are
specified and the values to be extracted are specified. This is identical to the required
you have mentioned.
Being honest, reading the list and downlohe ouading is not an isssue, the issue is finding the
appropriate page for getting contact information. Like the link for such a page could be
under title 'Contact us' or 'About us' or other things. Then to go on that page and
extract the needed fields. The output could be written to any format too if you wish.
I would prefer to do it in perl. Since it will take me around 5-6 hours to do it and test
