We need a web application written in VB 2008 that is operating similar to the site proxyfy.com.
More specifically: we need a proxy server similar in operation to proxyfy.com.
It will be an application running on Windows 2008 server and must be all written in Visual Studio 2008 VB and .NET 3.5.
Before delivery you will show us a demo fully working on your webserver, and if everything is working ok you’ll deliver the project together with source code.

This proxy server will have to support also downloading from websites like rapidshare and megaupload.com. So a user of this proxy will be able to download files from these sites without his IP showing but our server.
Our server has 100 available IPs and we need to be able to use one or more IPs, and we must be able to use whichever IP we want from the 100 available.

On the summary: check how proxyfy.com is working and we are asking for a similar site written in VB2008 that runs on Windows2008 server and supports downloading from rapidshare.com-type sites. In the meantime it must keep a catch especially for the download on the local disc of the proxy so in the case if some other user wants to download the same file, it directly has to give the proxy.
