I need a dhgate/alibaba styled website. Fully functional and simpler than these two websites. Needs to be written so average user may input own data and be self serving. Please read carefully, and only take on board if you know you can do this and have sample template or example.

Only bid if you can design and develop this to full functionality.

Needs following features:

-Search wholesale categories should use zen cart or commerce solution or simple upload category back end.

-Preset Categories, vertically left hand side..easy to set category from Cpanel.

-Users need to be able to browse/search website by categories China wholesale apparel, cell phones, electronics, handbags, wedding dresses and other wholesale products directly from reliable Chinese wholesalers on DHgate, and get worldwide delivery plus free escrow service **Note need third party link for escrow service

-Users can search for specific category(drop down menu) or by search bar

- Advertisers (customers) can submit, purchase and edit categories User Defined with sign up/permission.

- Customers can log in and pay to resubmit products to top listing, adverts listed from top will gradually go down over time, or as new adverts posted.

- Customers can receive free adverts if owner decides to disable payment, e.g for first few months.

- Dated items with feedback will auto delete in 90 days..need similar feedback rating system as Ebay dhgate.com

-Products posted by customer show, company name, description, contact info, additional info etc. feedabck score ...order history

- Adverts can include up to 2 pictures.

- Country/City function needed..region

- sponsored link section, customers pay a bit more to post advert here.

Admin add/remove/modify by user
Admin auto approve category ads with defined sign up

User management:
Users (customers) can submit products/cost/quick books interface/profit/auto notification
Customers can edit own products/cats
Customers can add 2 picture per advert
Customers can add title, details, url and picture on products/categories
Customers can change and retrieve password for forgotten passwords/usernames
Customer can pay to submit/extend paid product categories listing time periods

Interaction feautures:
Form to email option, for customers who do not wish to reveal thier email/contact details.


Coding Features:
HTML/CSS/AJAX/java script, Ajax, flash, php, flex, mysql whichever needed.
Setup and configured to W3C and CSS W3C standards

Website features/design:
-Customer buttons, headers, layout and design which needs to be discussed. Flash/PHP

-Needs logo, banner on right side, and bottom, horizontal format, e.g for google advertising

-Design, same on all pages, but content varies
