Making my web site functional

Basic Website features needed:

1. User clicks to 'Join'> Is prompted to create a profile including email, name, password, photo, birthdate, occupation, hometown (or choose Facebook connect)
2. User clicks 'My Profile' > user edits preferences (favorite colors, t-shirt size, etc)
3. User clicks 'Import Content'> import content from their favorite brands (via Brand's Facebook URL, Twitter Feed URL, RSS Feed URL, Youtube Channel URL),
4. User clicks 'Participate'>
1. Upload > files
2. Upload > photos
3. Vote > vote on designs

Skills required:

Java, PHP, Ruby & Ruby on Rails
