I'm looking for a designer to build a custom website for my independent record label as follows:Intro
Homepage (text, logo, links to News page, pics)
About Us (text)
1 subpage - Staff (text, pics, email links)
Artists (text, pics and links)
8 subpages (text, pic, email links)
Producers (text, links)
3 subpages (text, music samples, email links)
Audio/Visual (music downloads/streams, video downloads/streams, text)
Pics (rows of thumbnails - choose one it pops up in larger view on page (not pop-up window))
Store (I have one just need intergrated into the site on it's own page plus a link to my cafepress shop)
Community (text and links to following subpages)
News (text)
Forum, Guestbook (I have both I just need them on individual pages and color scheme to match site)
Chat (I can get one free from www.everywherechat.com - on its own page)
Contact Us (text, email links, and contact/comment form)
Links (links to external sites)
= 26 pages + an Under Construction page (text, link to external site and forum) while building the full site.
All pages would have a navigational bar, music player and link to Contact Us page. It seems like alot of pages but most would be the exact same layout just different text/pics/links). The only Flash elements needed would be the nav bar and music player (I have a .fla file for the player just add my music). My web-hosting comes with a premade Forum/Guestbook that all you have to do is copy the code into the website pages. I have all the content ready minus a few pics. My main concern is that all the contents appear in one screen with minimal scrolling and no pop-up windows except for external sites on the link page and the flash player if it cant be intergrated in the background design.
I really need this site within 3-4 weeks or sooner if possible as I've started promoting my label via posters with the site address on it.
My budget range listed is for a total one-time price, I can pay more if a payment plan option is avaliable where I can pay while the site is online.
