I want the functions to be exactly the same, also, adding some functions, also, I don't want it to be asp, or cgi. PHP only

It's totally ok if you just modify a pre-made shopping cart system.

I only need the system, I will handle the design part myself

    Refering to osCommerce, it's not a good EC solution for merchant due to it bad & inefficient admin UI. I have a pre-developed product (we call it MyMall) which could be installed on XOOPS (one of a famous cms) but the admin part hasn't port to xoops yet and this is not my recent plan. You can refer to http://mymall.nbhost.net/mymall_big5/successc.htm but I have to apologize this is a chinese page since our major market is Taiwan & Malaysia. This product is highly customizable especially the layout part (template) for xoops module. Actually we still haven't released the xoops module of this product but it's about to go on shelf.
